Pacific begins with a conviction Carolina carried across two countries and two languages: the best work starts with someone who actually listens. Listen first, then build.
Every company is a reflection of the person who built it. Pacific is built the way Carolina works: carefully, completely, and in two languages.
Carolina Márquez grew up in Mexico City, where the family business was dinner table conversation. Her mother built, and still runs, a large talent agency, so Carolina learned entrepreneurship the way most people learn a first language: by living inside it, watching a woman build something real and make it last.
She earned a psychology degree from Universidad Anáhuac México and a specialization in human resources from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, then led HR and talent development across Latin America: hiring, onboarding, building culture, and developing people into leaders. She speaks four languages and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She was building people long before she ever built a company.
For your home this means an advisor who truly listens before anything gets measured, priced, or built.
She met her husband while he was working in construction, moved to Orange County, and went all in on the trade beside him, helping him run and grow his company. She led the operations side: coordinating crews and subcontractors, holding the schedule week to week, running payroll and onboarding, and walking finished jobs before they were called done.
Every day she moved between two worlds, Spanish with the crews in the field and English with homeowners at the door, and made both feel heard. She was the engine of that team, and the heart of it.
For your home this means a coordinated crew, a schedule that holds, and a walkthrough before we call anything done.
Then she built something new. Pacific Home Exteriors is Carolina’s own company, founded on one belief: listen first, then build. Her psychology background is why Pacific works the way it does. Advisors are trained to listen instead of sell. Crews are treated with respect, because respected people do their best work. Homeowners stay in control of every decision, in English or in Spanish.
Woman owned. Family operated. One team, one standard. Hers.
For your home this means one accountable team, honest answers, and a founder who stands behind both.
“Listen first, then build.”

No showroom, no pressure. Your advisor sits down with you, listens, and walks you through the whole plan before anything gets built.
The way Carolina built Pacific is the way Pacific shows up at your door.
You never juggle contractors. One team owns your project from inspection to final walkthrough, and answers for it.
Advisors trained to listen and document, never to close. If the work can wait, we tell you that, too.
Fully bilingual service at every step, on the job site and at your kitchen table, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Advisors listen, explain your options, and step back. Your home, your budget, your call. Always.
The home services industry rewards speed and low bids. Homeowners juggle five contractors for five projects, and quality disappears the moment the check clears. Pacific was built to be the opposite of all of that.
Different bids, different standards, different headaches.
Commission first sales instead of honest answers.
What is under the surface only shows up years later.
Every Pacific project runs on the same standard, whether it is a roof, a repaint, or a whole home refresh.
We do what’s right, even when it’s not the easy choice, even when no one is watching.
We focus on long term performance and lasting protection, not quick fixes.
If something isn’t right, we handle it. No runaround. We own our work and make it right.
We continuously improve our systems, processes, and customer experience.
We protect homes and strengthen communities through quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service. Every home, every trade, every time.
Southern California is just the beginning. The long term vision is a company that sets the national benchmark for quality in home services: a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and impact, one home at a time.
Start the way every Pacific project starts: with someone who listens. A free, no pressure inspection, in English or Spanish.
